Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects that reflect the clients vision while balancing functionality aesthetics and budget. This role involves space planning selecting materials and furnishings and collaborating with architects contractors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their needs preferences and budgets.
Develop design concepts and mood boards that align with client goals.
Prepare detailed drawings layouts and 3D renderings using design software (AutoCAD SketchUp Revit etc.).
Select furniture fixtures finishes and color palettes.
Oversee project execution including coordinating with vendors contractors and suppliers.
Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and budget.
Stay current with industry trends materials and technologies.
Manage documentation including specifications contracts and approvals.
