Job Description
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong digital portfolio showcasing user-centric design work.
- Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma Adobe XD Sketch InVision or Axure.
- Solid knowledge of HTML CSS and basic JavaScript concepts is a plus.
- Experience designing for responsive and mobile-first interfaces
- Ability to work within and contribute to design systems
- Proficiency in creating personas journey maps user flows wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
- Deep understanding of user-centered design interaction design principles and usability
- Experience conducting user interviews A/B testing and usability testing
- Familiarity with WCAG and accessibility best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Leadership mindset able to guide junior designers and foster creative team culture
