Requirements:
- 5 years of marketing experience (with leadership roles) ideally in tech AI blockchain or gaming sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building brand awareness and community engagement for innovative products or platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a talent for inspiring others.
- Exceptional communication and networking abilities to represent the company in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the companys vision and business goals.
- Lead mentor and grow the marketing team fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
- Oversee all marketing channels (digital social content events) to ensure consistent messaging and strong engagement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders (Product Sales Community) and external partners to amplify our reach and impact.
- Analyze market trends and campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive growth.
