Job Description
As an Associate Commercial Strategy & Operations at realworld one you will work directly with the VP of Commercial Strategy & Operations to drive growth improve internal processes and support client expansion across the Life Sciences industry.
Youll further collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives streamline operations and create high-impact content that supports commercial success.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as Client Strategy & Value Creation Implementation and Marketing to streamline workflows and align on operational goals.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable processes and procedures that improve commercial efficiency across teams.
- Assist in the development of client-facing materials by creating templates refining messaging and supporting the communication of strategic value.
- Analyze reports and commercial data to generate insights that inform client expansion strategies and strategic decision-making.
- Support project planning tracking and reporting to ensure effective execution of commercial priorities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying operational gaps and sharing insights that shape go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- You are pursuing a masters degree in business administration finance economics marketing or a related field with a strong academic track record and outstanding achievements.
- At least one completed internship at a tier-one consulting firm.
- Prior experience in startups scale-ups or other fast-paced environments is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and coordinate multiple tasks in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative resourceful approach to challenges.
- Analytical mindset with confidence in working with data and drawing actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. PowerPoint Excel) with a strong eye for detail and professional presentation design.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
