EisnerAmper is looking for an Advisory Manager- Human Resources to add to our growing RPM Partners team. RPM Partners is a comprehensive turnaround solutions provider for the automotive industry offering a 360-degree approach that bridges financial strategy and operational excellence. Delivers client services including but not limited to: onsite and remote consultation performance of activities unique to each engagement; development and implementation of deliverables; development and delivery of training and workshop materials; maintenance of client project timelines; monthly maintenance of project budgets and monthly client billing activities.
Delivers consulting services by analyzing a clients HR programs and processes and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations and recommending solutions.
Performs activities necessary to client engagements including but not limited to the following:
Develops recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook on policies and procedures
Coordinates recruitment efforts
Develops and maintains compensation programs and structure; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; develops salary budget components; analyzes compensation; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective thorough and objective investigations.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with leadership to develop solutions programs and policies.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of federal and multi-state legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provides guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning.
Participates in culture analysis assessment employee surveys and workshops
Identifies training needs for business units clients and individual coaching needs; participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
Provides day-to-day project management assistance and functionality.
Manages client projects effectively and efficiently including scheduling internal and external activities ensuring Staff and Senior team members maintain a high billable hour average and that projects come in at or under approved budget.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
5 years ofexperiencein Human Resources is required
5 years of direct experience in the automotive industry is required.
Ability to navigate and operate in a fast paced complex matrix structured organization and be adaptable to continuous change in a continuously growing organization
Strong project management and organization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Confident and resilient in negotiation skills and dealing with colleagues at all levels
Exercises sound judgement knowing how to operate independently and escalate matters as appropriate
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of ProStaff and/or other scheduling tool(s)
