Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative strategic and results-driven Media Manager to oversee our organizations media planning buying and execution across digital print broadcast and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective media strategies to increase brand awareness drive engagement and support marketing objectives while ensuring optimal ROI on media investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop implement and manage multi-channel media plans aligned with marketing and business goals.

  • Plan and execute media buying activities negotiating with vendors and media outlets to secure the best rates and placements.

  • Analyze target audiences to identify the most effective media channels for campaigns.

  • Collaborate with marketing creative and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

  • Manage relationships with external media agencies publishers and advertising partners.

  • Stay up to date with media trends emerging platforms and best practices to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.

  • Manage media budgets track spending and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Coordinate with PR communications and digital marketing teams for integrated campaigns when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Media Studies or a related field.

  • Proven experience (35 years) as a Media Manager or in a similar media planning/buying role.

  • Strong knowledge of digital and traditional media channels.

  • Experience with media planning and buying tools and ad platforms (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager programmatic platforms).

  • Excellent negotiation analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to interpret analytics and campaign performance data to make informed decisions.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
