Are you an experienced Drywall Sales/Service Technician who takes pride in their craft
Were seeking a skilled professional who excels at drywall repair and has the sales skills to build lasting relationships with customers. If you have a proven track record in home services and are passionate about delivering exceptional results we want you on our West Houston team!
Service Areas Include: Katy Sugar Land Richmond Fulshear and surrounding West Houston communities.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Perform outstanding drywall repairs with flawless finishing that exceeds customer expectations
- Use your natural communication skills and friendly demeanor to sell our services building trust and confidence in our expertise
- Provide professional estimates directly to homeowners and business owners in their spaces
- Manage your schedule efficiently using ServiceTitan software ensuring timely project completion
- Maintain a clean organized work environment with proper tool and equipment handling
- Demonstrate strong commitment to safety protocols at all customer sites
- Utilize technology including iPad for documentation job management and customer communication
What Were Looking For:
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on drywall finishing experience with exceptional attention to detail
- Prior work history in home service businesses - you understand the unique demands of working in customers homes
- Proven experience performing estimates for companies inside residential or commercial properties
- Exceptional sales abilities to effectively communicate the value of our repair services
Personal Qualities:
- Naturally friendly voice and professional demeanor - customers need to feel comfortable with you in their homes
- Strong work ethic punctuality and reliability
- Valid drivers license with good driving record for travel to customer locations
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and meet project deadlines
Technology Skills:
- Experience with ServiceTitan software preferred (well provide training if needed)
- Proficiency using iPad for documentation and job management
- Capable of learning new technology systems
