What youll be doing as a Quality Assurance Specialist:
The Quality Assurance Specialist performs multi-faceted operational-level assignments across military and commercial product lines within Integrated Operations and leads cross functional teams in applying data analysis in support of preventive corrective and continuous improvement projects that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing and MRO operations and the Quality Management System.
Support cross-functional teams in preventive and corrective action and continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and compliance to aerospace standards regulatory requirements engineering requirements policies and procedures.
Assist teams in the development of new or revised quality management system policies and procedures.
Support and advise the Quality Culture and Compliance team in their planning and execution of compliance activities.
Interface with internal/external organizations and systems in performance of the assigned Quality functions.
Communicate to operations leadership in both written and verbal communications with all the interfacing functions.
Utilize strong interpersonal and leadership skills to guide others through your technical and professional expertise and experience.
