PLC is a leading ELC to Year 12 Christian independent day and boarding school with a focus on the development of the whole person that includes an outstanding academic tradition an international outlook and strong pastoral and co-curricular programs.

The Role

PLC is seeking a passionate and experiencedGifted and Talented Teacher (Years 7-12) to join our Learning Enhancement Department. This role plays a key part in identifying and supporting highly able students including twice-exceptional and underachieving learners - to help them reach their full potential.

We are seeking someone who can commence as soon as possible through until the end of the 2025 school year.

As a part-time (0.5 FTE) role this offers a great opportunity for someone seeking flexibility to balance work with other commitments.

About You

You are a qualified and capable Gifted and Talented Teacher with experience working with students across Years 7-12.

You will bring expertise in identifying and assessing both gifted and underachieving students a strong understanding of the theories and practices underpinning gifted education and a commitment to inclusive evidence-based teaching approaches.

Youll represent a positive role model for young women be able to relate well to students colleagues and parents and be committed to the integrity and ethos of the College.
