Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
Full-time preferred (40 hours/week)
Flexible scheduling options available
Client Timezone: EST (Michigan)
Scope:
Target database growth from current 700 contacts to approximately 25000 total contacts
Full-time position preferred (40 hours per week) with potential for multiple hires
Flexible scheduling options available across different time zones
Geographic focus areas assigned based on availability and data quality
Long-term role with potential for skill development and cross-training into more complex tasks
Opportunity for future advancement into sales and customer-facing responsibilities as business grows
Conduct online research to identify directors and decision makers at youth travel sports clubs
Navigate various club websites to locate contact information for key personnel
Extract and verify contact details including names titles email addresses and phone numbers
Input collected data into Google forms and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail
Research across different geographic regions and sports demographics as assigned
Follow provided search guidelines and keywords for specific sports and target markets
Maintain data quality standards while meeting productivity targets of 25-35 contacts per hour
Requirements
Strong internet research and data entry skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection
Ability to navigate various website structures and social media platforms
Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Forms
English proficiency for reading website content and contact information
