Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
Mondays to Fridays 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Milford OH USA Eastern Time
We are seeking a full-time Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist to support our sales growth and marketing initiatives across residential and commercial segments. This role will drive prospecting lead generation and marketing campaigns while ensuring accurate sales reporting and sales enablement support for our field teams.
Develop engaging lead magnets and use A/B testing to optimize.
Identify qualify and nurture incoming leads from marketing campaigns.
Conduct proactive outreach to drive new business opportunities with existing commercial and residential accounts.
Follow up on estimates and enter jobs booked from estimates into our systems accurately and promptly.
2. Marketing Campaigns
Plan execute and monitor print digital and social media marketing campaigns to generate leads and grow brand demand.
Develop automate and maintain campaign effectiveness reports and continuously optimize campaigns for higher ROI.
3. Reporting and Analytics
Develop and automate clear actionable sales reports using data analytics to uncover hidden opportunities.
Work with leadership to track pipeline health and field sales effectiveness.
4. Account Management
Maintain accurate and current account records within ServiceTitan.
Assist in keeping customer data organized and updated for seamless operations.
Requirements
3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles preferably in plumbing services or related industries.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media campaign management.
Experience using AI sales and marketing tools.
Experience with CRM and job management platforms; familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus.
Ability to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mondays- Fridays ET.
Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
