About the Role:
We re seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our lead generation and outbound outreach efforts. This is a 100 remote role but candidates must be based in Mumbai and available to work U.S. hours (PST/EST preferred). You will play a key role in identifying potential clients initiating conversations and qualifying leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting via email cold calls LinkedIn and other channels
Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
Research accounts identify key decision-makers and tailor messaging
Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads and opportunities in our CRM
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategy
Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs (e.g. calls made meetings booked)
Requirements:
1 year of experience in outbound sales lead generation or SDR/BDR role
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Proven experience using sales tools (CRM LinkedIn Sales Navigator Outreach/Salesloft etc.
Confident on the phone skilled at handling objections and driving conversations
Must be based in Mumbai and willing to work U.S. time zones
Goal-oriented proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment
