We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to manage and optimize appointment calendars meetings and resource scheduling across teams. The ideal candidate is proactive communicative and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate scheduling for clients and insurance agents to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions schedules and appointments in the companys database.
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding their appointment status and any changes that may arise.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the insurance agents and overall office operations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Utilize scheduling software and tools effectively to maximize resources and manage time efficiently.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required.
