Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to manage and optimize appointment calendars meetings and resource scheduling across teams. The ideal candidate is proactive communicative and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate scheduling for clients and insurance agents to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions schedules and appointments in the companys database.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding their appointment status and any changes that may arise.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the insurance agents and overall office operations.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service while addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Utilize scheduling software and tools effectively to maximize resources and manage time efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Desired Experience

  • Prior experience in a customer service role preferably in an insurance or financial services setting.
  • Experience with scheduling and coordinating appointments or meetings.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and terminology is a plus but not required.

Salary & Benefits
