Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Practice Leader to join and help shape our Transformation & Change consulting team. You will play a dual role: grow the practice through business development and thought leadership and leading major client engagements in governance change management and agile transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to business development efforts through client relationship management proposal development and go-to-market initiatives.
• Lead the delivery of complex transformation programs with a strong focus on governance agile execution and organizational change management.
• Advise senior stakeholders on program plans change strategies agile operating models and transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee governance structures change portfolios and agile frameworks to ensure sustainable value delivery.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to develop intellectual capital service offerings and market positioning.
• Coach and mentor consultants to build internal capability and foster a high-performing entrepreneurial team culture.
• Member of the Belgian Consulting core team

Qualifications :

• 10 years of consulting or relevant experience in digital transformations organizational change or governance roles.
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end transformation programs ideally in the Energy & Utilities or Industrial sectors and with link to ERP/CRM implementations (SAP MS Dynamics Salesforce)
• Strong knowledge of transformation governance agile portfolio management and change enablement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive levels.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive business growth develop client relationships and co-create new opportunities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
