Job Description

WIN NEW BUSINESS VOLUME SALES & PROFITABILITY DEVELOPMENT

  • Execute global agreements within the Lodging segment and deliver best in class execution
  • Win and contract new key account groups from No Energy or competitors using the Hunting List System
  • Drive Key-3 listing growth in new and existing accounts
  • Ensure key accounts meet volume targets and resign all existing key account groups

 

IN-ACCOUNT BRAND EXECUTION

  • Execute segment-specific POS to drive awareness and boost beverage sales activating Red Bull POS in lodging travel and bar-pub segments
  • Secure agreements to place Red Bull coolers and digital posters with engaging content ensuring listing and execution on digital ordering platforms
  • Place segment specific POS with occasions messaging including Red Bull and customer owned POS materials
  • Drive engagement with venue staff through training competitions and staff consumption programs

 

IN-ACCOUNT BRAND ACTIVATION

  • Secure support for Red Bull consumer promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Develop and implement bespoke brand activation tailored to the customers tone of voice where applicable
  • Maximise effectiveness of agreed customer joint-marketing funds to drive premium brand activation

 

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

  • Efficiently manage joint marketing funds and variable rebates to agreed levels
  • Conduct trading terms negotiations as needed to enhance profitability and business development
  • Prepare and deliver rolling 612-month joint business plans (JBPs) to all customers
  • Obtain and manage monthly sales data from customers and distributor partners as needed

 

INTERNAL COLLABORATION

  • Conduct internal investment pitches for new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the On Premise Marketing Partner to enhance brand activation outcomes
  • Lead internal customer performance reviews with the Finance Partner.
  • Keep the Hunting List and Key Account Tracker regularly updated

Qualifications :

Minimum 3 years FMCG sales experience (field sales or key accounts experience)

Skilled at diagnosing win-win opportunities and influencing customers to adopt them

Strong knowledge in premium brand execution and activation

Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation experience paired with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Action-oriented ensures tasks are completed and outcomes are achieved
