Answering How to and FAQ questions with clarity and confidence
Troubleshooting and fine-tuning the Spotify experience for our customers
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Fluency in Russian (C1 level) your words should flow like a great melody
Strong English skills (B2 or above) so you can communicate effortlessly with our global audience
Valid EU work permit required to work in Bulgaria
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
Previous customer service experience a plus but not a dealbreaker
Excellent communication skills as smooth as a jazz saxophone solo
A positive problem-solving attitude even on the toughest tracks
