In this role youll deliver high-quality support to business clients (B2B). Youll be the go-to contact for addressing questions resolving technical issues and providing custom solutions that help clients make the most of the services offered.

Your main goal is to ensure client satisfaction by responding quickly and effectively to their needs while upholding exceptional service standards. Youll provide assistance through multiple communication platforms such as phone email and live chat across a variety of topics

Your Tasks

  • Support business clients via phone email or chat
  • Identify and verify account holders
  • Troubleshoot problems and guide clients to solutions
  • Following all client-provided procedures and compliance requirements
  • Handle appointment or order questions
  • Work with a team to provide fast and reliable support

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent in Spanish both written and spoken
  • Good English skills (C1 level)
  • High school diploma (required)
  • 1 year experience in customer service (required)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced multitasking environment
  • Professional and friendly attitude
  • Experience with customer service platforms is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts on-site

Bonus Skills

  • Background in retail banking or tech support
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong written and spoken communication
  • Flexible and open to change
