Your Role
- Support customers by phone email & chat
- Answer questions about orders subscriptions and invoices
- Follow up on customer requests until fully solved
- Work with other teams to make sure requests are handled smoothly
- Provide a high-quality service that keeps customers happy
What Were Looking For
- Fluent in French both written and spoken
- Good English skills (B2 level)
- Friendly and clear communication
- Problem-solving mindset
- Active listening and attention to detail
