Were looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our client growth efforts. Youll manage a portfolio of existing accounts identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and coach a small team to hit revenue targets. This role is key to driving commercial outcomes and strengthening client relationships across our HR tech platform.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow revenue from a portfolio of existing B2B clients
Identify opportunities to expand usage across products and teams
Lead and support a small team of account executives or sales reps
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business goals
Collaborate with Customer Success Product and Marketing teams to align on client needs
Report on pipeline performance and forecasted revenue to leadership
3 years of experience in B2B sales ideally within SaaS or HR tech
Proven success managing accounts and hitting revenue targets
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Experience leading or mentoring others in a sales environment
Clear communicator with strong organisational skills
Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce)
