As a Product Sales Manager Ultrasound youre responsible for co-shaping the strategy and deploying our Marketing & Sales efforts for the Ultrasound business in Romania working for the Central Eastern Europe geography.
In this role you are responsible for the following activities:
Collaborate closely with European Business Category Leaders and the broader Ultrasound teams to design and implement strategic plans for Romania and the CEE Zone.
Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to create compelling content and evidence-based marketing that enhances value propositions across all managed segments.
Act as a catalyst for business development by identifying and initiating growth opportunities that contribute to overall business expansion
Play a key role in supporting our sales teams and partners by helping them effectively communicate the value of Philips Ultrasound solutions - offering guidance sharing insights and making sure they feel confident and equipped to succeed in customer interaction
Collaborate with European and Central teams on the development and refinement of current and future Ultrasound product offerings.
Act as the product expert in clinical and technical knowledge helping drive business growth and strengthen customer confidence across all accounts
Coordinate sales forecasting activities providing market insights and product updates
Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and distributors.
Youre the right fit if:
Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Medical Engineering or a related field backed by industry experience.
Bring over ten years of expertise in business marketing or sales
Possess specialized knowledge in Ultrasound or Diagnostic Imaging devices with clinical insight into defibrillation products considered an advantage.
Excel in stakeholder management and collaboration forging strong partnerships across diverse groups.
Demonstrate strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset capable of driving results within a matrix organizational structure.
Command excellent communication skills in English and Romanian
Readiness for travel within the country and in Europe
Geography:The role will have a national scope based in Bucharest.
