Shirley Oaks Hospital in Croydon is part of Circle Health Group Britains leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.
We have an opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team of staff in theMarketingdepartment.
This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
- Develop and implement a local sales and marketing strategy to support the hospitals business growth targets.
- Identify engage and nurture relationships with referrers including GPs consultants corporate clients insurers and other local healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular outreach visits calls and events to promote hospital services and maintain a strong presence in the community.
- Work with consultants to support the growth of their private practice including profile-raising activity and patient engagement initiatives.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities both digital and offline to promote key service lines (e.g. orthopaedics imaging private GP diagnostics).
- Work with the central marketing team to localise national campaigns and develop bespoke materials content and events to suit the hospitals needs.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience in a sales marketing or business development role ideally within healthcare medical services or a customer-focused industry.
- Strong interpersonal networking and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently onsite with a self-starter mindset and a focus on results.
- Skilled in event planning campaign coordination and local outreach activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Confident with data analysis reporting and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
