We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Miami team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our clients offering technical and general assistance resolving issues and ensuring excellent client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing inquiries efficiently and professionally across phone email and support ticket platforms.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and ticket system in a timely and courteous manner
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues escalating when necessary
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of client concerns
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
Identify trends in customer feedback to improve overall service processes
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
12 years of experience in a customer service or support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable using helpdesk software and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
