Job Objective:

Enhance customer relations by providing updates on order status handling inquiries and managing order-related issues.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide regular updates to customers on order status pricing and any modifications.
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
3. Address and resolve customer claims using CRM tools effectively.
4. Enter confirm and monitor customer orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
5. Collaborate with the Customer Care Specialist or Team Leader for complex orders.
6. Register direct deliveries and validate invoice details for accuracy.
7. Calculate and input transfer prices daily.
8. Maintain and update customer account information ensuring accuracy.
9. Manage market-specific responsibilities and comply with regional regulations.

Required Skills and Competencies

1. Product knowledge push sales IFS Outlook Excel CRM Teams SharePoint
2. Proficiency in English; additional languages (French Spanish German) preferred
3. Strong time management adaptability and attention to detail
4. Customer focus commercial awareness teamwork and strong communication skills

Job Specification:

1. Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
2. 2 to 6 years of experience in Order Handling and Order Processing.
3. Hands on experience in ERP systems (e.g. IFS) and proficient in MS Office.
4. Experience in customer-facing roles with knowledge of invoicing and order processing.
5. Multilingual skills (e.g. French Spanish German) are a plus.
