Position: Slovak Customer Service Representative (On-Site Sofia Bulgaria)
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (office-based role only)
Industry: E-commerce Online Retail Support

This position is ideal for both experienced professionals and those starting their career journey. Youll become part of a vibrant and supportive international team working in a role that values your language skills and commitment to great service.

Your Role at a Glance

  • Communicate effectively with Slovak-speaking customers via phone chat or email.

  • Handle inquiries related to orders returns product features shipping updates payments and account concerns.

  • Maintain a high standard of service resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.

  • Accurately log and update customer details in our systems.

  • Cooperate with other departments when needed to address complex cases.

  • Stay current with internal processes product updates and system tools.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Excellent command of Slovak (C2 level) spoken and written.

  • Comfortable communicating in English (B2 level or higher) required for training and internal purposes.

  • Confident using technology and navigating digital tools.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Friendly solution-oriented attitude with a team-first mindset.

  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and evenings.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus but not a requirement. Full training will be provided.
