This position is ideal for both experienced professionals and those starting their career journey. Youll become part of a vibrant and supportive international team working in a role that values your language skills and commitment to great service.
Communicate effectively with Slovak-speaking customers via phone chat or email.
Handle inquiries related to orders returns product features shipping updates payments and account concerns.
Maintain a high standard of service resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
Accurately log and update customer details in our systems.
Cooperate with other departments when needed to address complex cases.
Stay current with internal processes product updates and system tools.
Excellent command of Slovak (C2 level) spoken and written.
Comfortable communicating in English (B2 level or higher) required for training and internal purposes.
Confident using technology and navigating digital tools.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Friendly solution-oriented attitude with a team-first mindset.
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and evenings.
Desirable but not essential:
Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus but not a requirement. Full training will be provided.
