PeopleCert is looking for a strategic results-driven marketing leader to head our Demand Generation and Growth team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and executing product campaigns and go-to-market plans to build long-term brand equity and accelerate revenue growth.
As Head of Demand Generation and Growth youll lead the core functions of Product Marketing Marketing Communications & Community Managementuniting them under one vision to scale impact and performance.
As Head of Demand Generation and Growth your tasks will be the following:
- Define and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive awareness consideration and eventually conversion across channels.
- Own the product marketing competence including messaging positioning competitive insights and go-to-market planning.
- Lead marketing communications and content marketing strategy & planning
- Develop and scale a strong B2B community that engages customers nurtures advocates and reinforces brand loyalty.
- Partner closely with sales product and digital experience teams to drive demand generation and growth.
- Monitor key performance metrics across the marketing funnel continuously optimizing for ROI and pipeline impact.
What we look for:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field; A Masters degree In a relevant field will be considered as an asset.
- 12 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on Marketing Communications Product Marketing and growth.
- Global experience across different markets will be considered as an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in driving pipeline and revenue through integrated marketing programs.
- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling high-performing cross-functional marketing teams.
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey sales cycle and marketing/sales alignment.
- Excellent knowledge of English (C2 level certification desired LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus) Extra languages desired.
- Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to distill complex ideas into clear insight-led compelling narratives.
- Experience in building engaging and activating customer communities at scale.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service in the UK background checks will include:
- A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
- Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality identity and place of residence)
- HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
- Financial background check
- Employment reference check.
- If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.
In addition if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) the official language of the relevant country.
