Full-Time Optometrist – $150K High Volume Franchise Maple Grove MN
Location: Maple Grove MN
Employment Type: Full-Time W-2
Starting Salary: $150000 with monthly bonus potential
Schedule: 58 hours every two weeks (paid as 80) Alternating weekends Weekday flexibility

What You’ll Do:

Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fittings
-
Diagnose and manage ocular diseases (e.g. diabetic retinopathy macular degeneration glaucoma)
-
Handle surgical co-management (pre- and post-op exams)
-
Treat red eye dry eye and eye emergencies
-
Serve patients of all ages in a collaborative team environment

See an average of 18 patients per day (2–3 patients per hour)
