Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate patient-focused Doctor of Optometry to join a growing modern private practice inside in Charleston South Carolina. This is a clinical-only role no retail sales or pressure to sell glasses so you can focus entirely on delivering high-quality vision care.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $150000/year
- Bonus Potential: Earn more through production-based incentives

What We’re Looking For:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited institution
- Active South Carolina optometry license (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly professional demeanor
- Self-motivated and independent no micromanagement here
- Comfortable seeing 15 patients/day scheduled at 3/hour
