Job Description
To support the continued growth of our network we are looking for experienced and highly qualified experts to join our talent pool in Germany. We regularly staff international projects with a minimum duration of 6 to 12 months.
We are currently seeking SAP Archiving with experience in S/4HANA environments. Candidates should also bring expertise international SAP Transformation Programs.
Partial on-site presence in Germany is required.
Please note that only candidates based within the EU can be considered.
Tasks

Requirements
- 7 years of work experience within large-scale SAP/ERP/IT transformation programs
- 7 years experience in SAP Data Archiving and proven track record in delivering successful SAP data archiving projects in large-scale SAP environments
- Minimum5 years of experience in defining Data Archiving strategies and processes (data archiving in SAP systems (e.g. SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA))
- Minimum 5 years of experience with all aspects of SAP ILM archiving from requirements gathering to implementation and post go-live activities.
- Experience in assessing and analyzing data volume in SAP systems identifying archiving opportunities and executing archiving projects to optimize database performance.
- Strong understanding of data compliance regulations (e.g. GDPR SOX HIPAA) and how they apply to SAP data archiving ensuring that data retention policies are properly implemented and adhered to.
- Skills in optimizing system performance through effective archiving strategies reducing database size and improving system response times.
- Ability to clearly communicate archiving strategies progress and benefits to business users stakeholders and technical teams. Skilled in translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with archiving in the context of SAP system upgrades migrations (e.g. from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA) or cloud transformations would be an advantage
- Fluent in English German is a plus
