Join the Grad-Dreams Partner Program (GAPP) and become a trusted voice in your network for education and career guidance. As an Career Consultant you ll represent one of India s most established and respected education consulting companies - with 22 years of proven impact in student success.
You will promote Grad-Dreams comprehensive offerings including study abroad consulting Indian coaching services and career & skill development programs. You ll be part of a verified network of mentors educators and professionals empowering students across India and abroad.
You can work at your own pace refer students from your network and even grow a sub-affiliate team under you. All support resources and tools are provided.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Banking / Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s Degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan processing or financial advising, preferably in the education sector. Knowledge: Familiarity with international student loans and scholarships. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders including students, parents, and financial institutions. Ethical Conduct: Unquestionable ethics and discretion in handling sensitive financial information. Language Skills: Proficiency in a second language is a plus, especially one that is commonly spoken by our student clientele.
