Competitive Salary: $105000-$115000

Role Overview:
As Chief Development Officer you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive fundraising strategy that includes major gifts grants corporate partnerships annual giving and donor stewardship. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board of Directors youll be responsible for cultivating relationships with key supporters recruiting developing and managing a high-performing development team and aligning fundraising efforts with the organizations strategic vision. The Centers signature event is the Old Bags Luncheon combining fashion philanthropy and social engagement to support the critical work of the organization.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in a related field and 4 years of nonprofit fundraising experience (8 years preferred) including 2 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated success in major gifts fundraising campaigns and managing diverse funding streams
Strong leadership communication emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
Proficient in donor databases (e.g. Donor Perfect) Microsoft Office (required) and digital tools including Canva Adobe email marketing and social media platforms (preferred)
Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making skills; active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals is a plus
