Oversees CAC Training Center and staff to coordinate plan and supervise training program for CAC employees partner agency employees outside agencies and the general community.
Evaluates recent developments in the area of child sexual abuse to provide the most relevant and appropriate curricula given the topic area the constituency and as required by law.
Maintains credentials (legal and board required) to ensure all training is certified and approved under the relevant licensure.
Makes public appearances on behalf of the CAC.
Works with CAC staff and Partner Agencies to ensure accreditation requirements are met licensure for all departments Internal and External and relevant knowledge are addressed; review of existing curricula; creation of curricula as needed; obtaining speakers; and presentation to staff.
Partner agencies Support effective multidisciplinary team process through training in protocols and case process. Hire speakers to support the investigative service delivery and legal needs of the multidisciplinary team.
Community Trusted child-serving organizations (e.g. Churches Schools Camps etc.) - Develop relationships to evaluate needs ensuring curricula addresses legal requirements and reporting with a focus of prevention. Review or create curricula train staff and present curricula to this constituency.
Community Professionals (e.g. licensed mental health professionals medical professionals etc.) - Needs assessment to ensure curricula addresses legal requirements and reporting with a focus of mental health skill development and case process. Review or create curricula train staff or obtain speakers to present curricula to this constituency
Community Families and Children Needs assessment to ensure curriculum focuses on child abuse prevention internet safety case process and addresses reporting requirements. Review or create curricula train staff and present curricula to this constituency. Serves as liaison for Childrens court Services.
Community General public - Needs assessment to ensure curricula raises community awareness on child abuse statistics prevention and tools for and effectiveness of reporting. Review or create curricula train staff and present curricula to this constituency.
Develop web-based curricula to maximize the presentations to various constituencies.
Manage continuing education certification program and accreditation reporting.

Education:
Bachelors degree in field of child development social work or education.
Experience:
Four years of experience in a management position with team leadership and financial responsibility.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Training presentation skills required including the ability to speak publicly about child sexual abuse The CACs services and related topics.
Excellent organizational and communication skills is required.

Bilingual in both English and Spanish oral and written preferred.
Knowledge of training center technology systems (including Bright Author and Evoko) and Microsoft Teams preferred.
Knowledge of the dynamics of child sexual abuse and child advocacy is a plus.
Additional Information:
Criminal and CPS Background Checks will be conducted.
E-Verify upon hire.
Hours:
Monday-Friday with some weekend hours on an as needed basis.
Employment is contingent upon passing a background check and drug screen.
