Are you a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager ready to lead exciting water projects across Australia and New Zealand Whether youre based in Sydney Brisbane or Melbourne this is your chance to work with a global leader dedicated to solving water challenges and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Youll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of diverse water-focused projects by implementing innovative digital solutions that support water and wastewater utilities on their digital transformation journey. Your work will help these utilities make informed data-driven decisions about their daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams across design engineering sales legal EHS&S and more.
- Managing all aspects of project executionbudget schedule quality safety risk and stakeholder engagement.
- Supporting customers with expert advice on Xylems innovative products and services.
- Driving process improvement and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation across all projects.
Youre a motivated leader with a passion for excellence and innovation in project delivery. Your experience and mindset include:
- A degree in Engineering
- Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong grasp of project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of OH&S standards and compliance
- Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies
- Willingness to travel to local and remote sites as required
