What Youll Do
Lead the day-to-day workflow of integrated projects from scope to delivery
Collaborate across functions to align creative intent with timelines and resources
Develop project documentation including briefs timelines budgets and scopes of work
Manage project performance tracking scope risks resourcing and financials
Serve as a key liaison between teams driving clarity consistency and momentum
Communicate status identify blockers and escalate risks to project leadership
Champion project management best practices to elevate delivery excellence
Support the ongoing development of staffing plans in partnership with Resource Management
Contribute to a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous
Basic Qualifications
57 years of project management experience preferably in an integrated marketing or PR agency
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Strong command of PM fundamentals and tools (e.g. Smartsheet MS Office)
Proven ability to lead medium-scale projects independently and effectively
Clear confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments
Business-minded thinker with a solutions-first approach to problem solving
Comfortable leading through ambiguity and managing competing priorities
Committed to respectful conduct embracing diverse cultures and practicing conscious inclusion

An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance travel requirements revenue-based metrics any contractual agreements and business or organizational needs.
