Job Description
Role: Manager- Command Center (Automobile)
Experience: 6-10 years
Qualification: BE
Location: Chennai
The professional will be responsible to lead the Command Center operations ensuring high vehicle uptime reducing warranty costs and delivering proactive customer support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Command Center operations ensure 24/7 operational readiness planning of shifts staffing performance monitoring.
- Implement SOPs for L1 issues ensure accessibility for customers across.
- Build mentor and lead teams to resolve L1 issuse effectively.
- Work on operational and vehicle data to derive actionable reports.
- Identify trends/ opportunities for service improvement.
- Work with analytics and development team to help create dashboards.
- Drive initaitives across warranty reduction support customer engagements.
