Job Title: Luxury Homes Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients trade partners and suppliers
Manage and oversee multiple high-end custom home projects from start to finish.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules budgets and scopes.
Coordinate daily with subcontractors clients suppliers and internal teams.
Ensure all projects meet quality standards timelines and code requirements.
Contract and Change Order Management
Utilize Buildertrend for project management and Stack CT for estimating.
Conduct regular site visits monitor progress and proactively resolve issues.
Lead final project closeouts and ensure all punch list items are addressed.
Actively contribute to operational improvements and organizational growth.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in residential or light commercial construction project management.
Proven track record managing custom home construction or complex renovation projects.
Proficiency in construction management software (Buildertrend preferred).
Experience with estimating tools such as Blue Beam and / or Stack CT.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of the Traverse City area and willingness to travel locally as needed.
Interest in long-term growth and leadership development within the organization.
