We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings screening scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Support HR initiatives related to performance reviews learning & development and policy compliance.
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in payroll coordination by gathering attendance and leave data.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive HR data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 01 years of experience in an HR role internship experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
