National Traveling Orthotist

Cranial Technologies currently has aNational Traveling Orthotist opportunity available!This is a full-time position for someone that is looking for an opportunity to practice in a variety of CranialTech locations across the United States.If youre looking for a new challenge and want to specialize in a non-traditional niche area CranialTech may be the place for you. This is a unique opportunity to treat patients in a child friendly state of the art clinic.

Do love to fly and travel around the United States

• In this role you will travel to any state where we have a Cranial Technologies clinic. Were currently in over 32 states and are continuing to grow!
• Travel is typically on a Monday afternoon/evening. You work in the clinic Tuesday Friday and fly home Friday afternoon/evening. You are home every Saturday and Sunday!
• You will be traveling every week either to a local clinic or to another state. We are looking for candidates close to a major airport for ease of travel booking!
• Cranial Technologies will pay for your travel expenses and you also get a per diem for your time there. All you need to worry about is treating our babies!

Do you thrive in a fast pace and new environments

• You may be in a different clinic every week working with new teammates and building relationships across the company!
• You will be taking over a caseload for another clinician so you are always meeting new families!

What does a clinician do at Cranial Technologies As a Clinician you will treat infants 3 to 18 months of age using the DOC Band to correct abnormal head-shapes. Pediatricians and parents alike look to our Clinicians as the expert in diagnosis and treatment of plagiocephaly. Our Clinicians develop great relationships with our families at every stage of their treatment process.

We hire from various backgrounds because each background is a great fit in their own way. PTs and OTs are an excellent fit with their background knowledge of symmetry and asymmetry anatomy torticollis and infant/toddler development. Orthotists are also a strong fit because of their hands on experience with orthotics and direct patient care.

For over 35 years Cranial Technologies has provided a superior product service and the best possible outcome for every child with an abnormal head shape. We are the leading provider of medical devices used to treat plagiocephaly in infants.

A background in pediatrics is preferred but not necessary as we have a formal training program which includes mentoring.

• The pay range for this position is $85000-$95000 plus additional travel bonus. Pay is dependent on the applicants tenure in their field and relevant experience.
