Job Description

We are currently seeking a team member to be on our Traveling Cap team inOrlandoFlorida.
- A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.
- Complete turnover work in vacant apartments (paint clean maintenance items etc.)
- Be able to assist in special projects that are needed at a community. For example: electrical HVAC carpentry key & lock painting landscaping roofing glass/window screen repair & replacement appliance repair etc.
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses a high school diploma/equivalent
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- 3-5 years experience required.
