Your Role
This role forms a critical part of Chubb Australias portfolio segments growth and focuses on the financial and relationship growth with selected global insurance brokers. You will be accountable for the development of key strategic relationships of nominated brokers with the National Strategic Relationship Manager Global Broking and will be the go-to person at Chubb for nominated Global Broker related matters both internally and externally and have responsibility for the development and execution of the relevant strategies at a national level.
As a strong all-rounder you will have previous experience of working with brokers and strategically important key accounts. There will be significant focus on developing the Value Proposition for the nominated Brokers and shaping the Go-to-Market strategies. This will include working with internal stakeholders from our Product and Segmentation areas as well as various functional teams. You will be a highly presentable people person with an appetite for working with and building close relationships across a range of key executives within the broking organisations.
This role is ideal for a strategic key account manager who is seeking to broaden their skills and experience across a broad-spectrum of disciplines. The position is based in our Sydney office.
