About the Role

Were looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our marketing efforts across paid owned and earned channels. In this role youll develop and execute high-leverage marketing strategies focused on driving qualified leads and accelerating pipeline growth. Youll work closely with your colleagues in marketing sales product and customer success teams to build full-funnel campaigns run experiments and measure performance.

Youll thrive in this role if youre a data-driven marketer who loves testing optimizing and building repeatable systems to scale growth. Were on an exciting trajectory and were looking for someone ready to take ownership and grow with us for the long haul.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer acquisition funnel from awareness to lead conversion
• Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn etc.)
• Optimize our website (Webflow) and landing pages for conversion and SEO
• Run experiments to improve CAC lead quality and funnel velocity
• Collaborate with content creators to publish blog posts newsletters and case studies
• Manage marketing automation workflows (e.g. HubSpot Zapier)
• Report on key metrics analyze performance and make data-backed decisions
• Work with our design team and tools (Canva Adobe Suite) to build creative assets as needed

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in a growth marketing or performance marketing role
• Experience with Google Ads Google Analytics Keyword Planner etc.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies and tools like SEMrush or Ubersuggest
• Experience building and optimizing websites using Webflow or similar
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Zapier)
• Strong writing skills with a portfolio of published content (blog posts articles etc.)

Nice to Haves

• Graphic design experience (Canva Adobe Suite)
• Basic coding knowledge (HTML CSS JavaScript)
• Passion for the events industry and understanding of current trends
