We are looking for a temp to hire Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team that specializes in automotive distributor parts for the repair community.
We are looking for a CSR who is responsible for fostering and enhancing strong relationships with customers. This role involves representing the company positively providing effective assistance to customers and focusing on continual service improvement.
Responsibilities/Daily Tasks:
Promptly and professionally answer all incoming calls for PAC.
Efficiently quote and assist customers in processing orders as instructed.
Prioritize customer emails and calls with a focus on daily customer service enhancement.
Timely processing of quotations and orders including necessary follow-ups or callbacks.
Regularly contact customers conducting monthly courtesy calls as assigned.
Process online quotations and orders on various platforms (e.g. Partstrader CCC Opstrax EDI Email Fax Online Portal) ensuring completion by end of day.
Stay informed about company products and ongoing specials.
Collaboratively work with sales and other customer service representatives in handling customer requests/inquiries. Update and maintain customer database.
Deliver excellent service to all customers.
Support customers in order placement by providing product knowledge.
Assist walk-in customers with orders payments and any necessary order modifications.
Learn and understand company internal processes.
Professionally handle and resolve customer issues.
Participate in training new hires upon request.
Manage open sales orders transfers RMAs and deliveries including customer callbacks for order confirmation or updates.
Strive to meet daily productivity goals including 80 daily calls 100 daily documents a 50% conversion rate and low return rates.
Perform all required monthly courtesy calls and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
Be available to commute to other company branches to support their customer service when needed.
Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Sales experience preferred.
Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong written and typing skills.
