Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Executive to lead and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that elevate our brand expand client engagement and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of creativity and analytical thinking with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Manage and optimize campaigns across various channels (email print events etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations and Recruitment.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
Coordinate the production of promotional materials and manage external vendors.
Represent the brand at trade shows conferences and client events.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role preferably in a B2B or staffing environment.
Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
Excellent project management communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as CRM analytics platforms and email marketing software.
