Position Overview:
As Part of the FBC Marine Operating Center Team the Prep and Rig Technician is responsible for preparing maintaining and outfitting a variety of marine vessels to ensure they are safe clean and water ready. This role involves mechanical installation paint application equipment rigging and assisting with vessel movements in the yard. The ideal candidate has hands-on marine experience strong attention to detail a team-first attitude and is comfortable working outdoors in a physically active role.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $15.50 hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills relevant experience business needs and geographic location.
At Brunswick it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidates qualifications and the business context.
