We are immediately hiring a Sale Representative Commercial Building Services & Construction to be based in Miami FL Metro area- a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What youll do:

  • Face-to-face and remote sales to new and existing customers.

  • Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.

  • Developing and delivering commercial sales proposals.

  • Selling equipment rentals and services to our Building Services and Construction customers.

  • Developing medium-to-long term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect grow and diversify the relationship with targeted customers.

  • Face-to-face and remote sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers.

  • Partner with the operations logistics and administrative teams to ensure a superb customer experience with every sale.

Were experts which means youll have the following skills and experience:

  • 3 years of direct sales or technical sales experience selling to contractors

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset

  • Must possess a sales hunter mindset

  • Youll have a general understanding of power generation HVAC and compressed air systems

  • Knowledge of selling to contractors (General Mechanical and Electrical)

  • Proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)

  • Successfully maintained a sales quota of $3.0 million annually

  • Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
