Job Description

St. Mary of the Annunciation School has an opening for a 5th Grade Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. St. Marys is an academically rigorous and supportive PreK-8 community located in Danvers MA. St. Marys is dedicated to creating a positive environment where all students can strive for and achieve scholarship service and self-discipline. Candidates should possess a bachelors degree Elementary Certification and a preferred minimum of 1-3 years of classroom experience. Other desired requirements include an ability to foster positive relationships with students strong communication to families on a daily/weekly basis strong organizational and communication skills and familiarity of instructional technology an ability to work on a collaborative team knowledge of curriculum differentiation instructional strategies and interventions and the desire to contribute positively to the greater school responsibilities include:-Attend community events throughout the school year.-Attend and contribute to faculty meetings and professional learning sessions.-Provide enrichment opportunities for students. -Contribute to the school community outside of the classroom
