Job Description

Looking for your next new but exciting challenge and an opportunity to join a great working environment We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our team of Administrators for our Tewkesbury Office.

What will you be doing

  • General administration duties as necessary.

  • Process purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliers.

  • Setting up of new installation projects.

  • Processing and and setting up of small works projects

  • Raising of invoices

  • Approval of Invoices

  • Liaison with Regional Engineering and Installation Managers as required.

  • Maintenance of Docuware storage system

  • Provide support and assistance where required to Head of Business Support

  • Booking Travel and Hotels

What are we looking for

  • Understanding of administration processes and procedures.

  • Able to prioritise and work on own initiative

  • Work within Company deadlines

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Good communication skills at all levels of

  • A high standard of computer literacy

  • Good telephone manner and customer handling skills

Salary: 25466.65 per annum

Location: Tewkesbury
