Looking for your next new but exciting challenge and an opportunity to join a great working environment We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our team of Administrators for our Tewkesbury Office.
What will you be doing
General administration duties as necessary.
Process purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliers.
Setting up of new installation projects.
Processing and and setting up of small works projects
Raising of invoices
Approval of Invoices
Liaison with Regional Engineering and Installation Managers as required.
Maintenance of Docuware storage system
Provide support and assistance where required to Head of Business Support
Booking Travel and Hotels
What are we looking for
Understanding of administration processes and procedures.
Able to prioritise and work on own initiative
Work within Company deadlines
