Youll lead a skilled team and shape the service strategy giving you full control of operations and the chance to implement your ideas.

What youll do
- Lead and develop a team of service technicians shaping the service strategy and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Manage budgets schedules and daily operations giving you full control over service projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring repeat business and long-term success.
- Oversee service projects across various sectors working with advanced roofing systems and high-value contracts.
What youll need
- At least 3 years experience leading a commercial roofing service division with a focus on team development and strategy.
- Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roofing systems enabling you to provide expert guidance and oversight.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills allowing you to manage teams and build client relationships effectively.
