What youll be doing
- Lead and oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects to ensure they meet timeline budget and quality expectations
- Manage and mentor roofing crews and ensure safety requirements and procedures are all met
- Build trust and partnerships with customers vendors and manufacturers to ensure long-term relationships
What youll need
- 5 years management in commercial roofing experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation techniques
- Proficiency in Project Management software and Microsoft Excel/Office365
- Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
