Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Up to 30000 Full-Time

Location: Wandsworth

Are you a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking to make a genuine difference in a childs early years

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and caring early years professional to join their vibrant nursery team where children are at the heart of everything they do.

What Youll Bring:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. NVQ CACHE or equivalent) essential
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years childcare setting
  • A caring child-focused approach with a passion for supporting early development
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A collaborative team-player attitude
  • Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding practices and EYFS guidelines

Key Responsibilities:

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner you will:

  • Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework
  • Plan and lead engaging age-appropriate activities that support childrens development
  • Observe assess and record childrens progress identifying areas for further support
  • Create a safe stimulating and inclusive learning environment both indoors and outdoors
  • Build strong trusting relationships with children families and team members
  • Uphold safeguarding health & safety and nursery policies at all times
