Nursery School Teacher
Randolph College Nursery School is seeking a part-time Lead Teacher. The person selected for this position will be responsible for planning and leading the daily operations of a preschool classroom in accordance with the policies and philosophy of the Nursery School. This person will assume the duties of acting Director at times when the Director is absent.
Successful candidates will have a love and understanding of children and the capacity to communicate well with parents and co-workers in a positive professional manner. Good humor and a loving attitude are a must! Teachers are expected to meet licensing standards for professional development and must receive a clear background check upon hire. Applicants with a bachelors degree/CCA are preferred and must have professional experience working with young children.

The Lead Teacher position is perfectly suited to someone who loves being around children and who has a passion for early childhood education. The Lead Teacher plans and leads the daily operations of a preschool classroom in accordance with the policies and philosophy of Randolph College Nursery School.
